Professional Support Lawyers
Our Professional Support Lawyers focus on the Firm's merger control services, develop internal resources, guides and toolkits, whilst providing support with multi-jurisdictional knowledge management initiatives.
Legal Project Management
Working with our lawyers around the world to ensure the high quality of legal advice is matched by the quality of our service delivery. They establish and manage budgets, timelines, resource plans, processes, communications tools and other key elements of matters.
New Business Intake
This team is responsible for the registration of incoming New Clients and New Matters across all offices globally.
Strategic Sourcing / Procure to Pay
This team manages global procurement initiatives and supports sourcing and transactional activities to ensure that the firm's acquisitions are cost effective, fit for purpose and minimise the associated risks to the Firm.
Finance is a large area of operation for Baker McKenzie Belfast which includes many teams looking after functions such as management accounting, accounts payable, client credit, client billing and revenue control.
English Language Editing Services
The ELES team offer advanced proofreading and editing services. The reviewers are experienced in reviewing a wide range of legal and marketing documents.
Our facilities team are the first point of contact for most office related queries, including those connected to engineering and maintenance issues, cleaning, vending, stationary and much more.
