Jennifer Ferguson - Director
I am a corporate lawyer in the Belfast office and head up the transactional and non-contentious advisory arm of Baker McKenzie's Alternative Legal Services offering. I have experience of M&A, reorganisations, and cross border transaction projects in various industries, as well as having spent time in-house with clients. I also serve as a point of contact for clients on technology enabled legal assistance and I regularly speak on the evolution of law with respect to the integration of alternative processes including tech. Before joining Baker McKenzie in 2015, I worked as an M&A and VC solicitor in the Belfast market and prior to that in London and Cambridge.
