At Baker McKenzie Belfast, we know that choosing your first graduate job is a big decision.
That’s why we’ve built our two-year Graduate Programme to give you room to explore. You’ll rotate through four of our key business teams, gaining hands-on experience, building lasting skills, and working alongside people who are here to support you from day one.
You don’t need a specific degree or previous experience. We’re looking for people who are curious, motivated, and ready to grow.
And you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll join a cohort of fellow graduates, with regular socials, friendly faces across the floor, and access to the full support of a global law firm that truly values its people.
