Rosanne Brennan - Senior Manager
I am a commercial lawyer and head of the commercial team in Belfast, which provides transactional and advisory support to the Technology and Intellectual Property teams across our global network of offices. This support includes standalone advisory projects, contract negotiations, client retainers, and corporate support projects. I advise on a full range of commercial matters, working with clients in consumer goods & retail, tech, media & telecoms, healthcare, and energy. I also deliver client training sessions on topical issues and input into the development of client playbooks. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, I am an inconsistent participant in 10k running events, and like to read recipe books in the hope it makes me a better chef!
